Official of the Prefectura Naval Argentina (Argentine Coast Guard), currently Operation's Chief at the Puerto Madryn's Prefecture, his next base since february 10th will be Enviromental Protection Division's Chief for the Saving, Fire and Enviromental Protection Service at the Buenos Aires's Prefecture. He is a lifesaver diver; Superior Technician in marine security specialized in rescue and diving. Inspector of Marine Pollution prevention; Specialist in Hidrocarbon's spill control and dangerous goods; Analist in pollution. Rescue swimmer. He was trained in damage control and fire for vessels and airplanes. Developed duties: He had took place in several rescues, important pollution events, he has given lectures at important ecological and enviromental conferences about pollution prevention created by trash and hidrocarbons originated on board ships and about the sinking of the vessel "Albatros" in order to use it as a submarine park. He was in charge of the sinking and it was the first one of its kind in the country with that purpose. Member of the Scientific and Technical Comittee of the Orca Foundation. He took place as a diver with Jorge Reynolds' crew in the project of getting an electrocardiogram from a southern right whale. He took action along with the Rescue, Fire and Enviromental Protection station of Puerto Madryn in several whale strandings. Currently he is on charge of the ecological sinking of the vessel "Antonio Miralles" for its further use as a submarine park.
